Wondering Why Your Home Isn’t Selling?
As the summer home selling season comes to a close many home sellers in North Austin may be wondering why they have not sold. As simple as it seems it all boils down to price, condition, marketing and location. The two biggest issues I feel are price and condition. If a home is priced properly and condition matches the price with proper marketing it will sell. The problem with many homes in today’s market is they are priced based on speculation or old data. As demand in North Austin begins to fall prices are sure to follow. Savy sellers will either exit the market or price ahead of the curve.
