North Austin Showing Signs of a Buyers Market

As I have been reporting for awhile, all signs indicate that this is a tremendous time to buy real estate in North Austin. With increasing inventory levels and low interest rates the time to buy in North Austin may never be better.  A review of absorption rates for North and Northeast Austin including Pflugerville show that the market has clearly swung – this is the time to buy!
